Available Features:
1. Personal account login: to check available prepaid balance, real-time Call Detailed Records, refill accounts or to order new services.
2. Manage custom calling features: such as changing your call forwarding number
3. Basic Free Calling Features: Caller ID, Call waiting, 3-way Conference calls, Call Forward.
4. Optional Direct Inward Dialing (DID) Number: for Pay-as-you-go plan or to add additional PSTN numbers for incoming calls.
5. Optional Advanced Custom Calling Features: Messaging (voice-email), Call Screening (to learn who’s calling before answering), Call Transfer (managed by web, or by phone to activate in real-time), personal dedicated Fax server number (fax delivered by email). A toll-free group access number to receive free incoming calls on your VoIP phones. It also includes call monitoring from your PC, just $3.99/month for Messenger or $7.99 per month for the Connect package in addition to your DID monthly charge (for Pay-as-you-go plan). On top of the above features for the Messenger, Connect will offer you up to 3-minute per voice mail (vs. 1-minute with Messenger), and a “Take the call feature” that allows you to click on “Take Call” button while monitoring the call through your PC speaker (you can hear the caller leaving you a message and decide whether to take the call from your regular phone).

Note: For Pay-as-you-go plan, you may use Microsoft Window Messener 5.1 to make/receive calls using your existing sound card from your PC, USB phone/adapter, or purchase our $89 Bluetooth wireless headset. $20 prepaid is good for up to 1600 minutes calls depending on the destinations you are calling. Rates are determined by where you reach not by what country you call from, as long as you are using internet to place the call. **Countries that included in the World Business Flat-Rate plan can be found at the rate table where the per-minute rate is less than $0.02 cents/minutes (calls to mobile phones are not included in the plan except to UA and Canada). BYOD means "Bring Your Own Device" to use BesTelco Pay-as-you-go plan. Once the hardware is provisioned correctly. tech. support is only available via email for BYOD accounts. The device will be locked till termination of the service; this is necessary to ensure the service quality. BOYD can not be applied to Flat-Rate monthly plan. For monthly Flat-Rate plans, certain hardware restrictions applies (currently only ATA1SR & ATA2SR are offered as standard equipment for monthly plans. *** The $29.99 activation fee that you paid will be issued as service credit 90 days after the subscription (applied to monthly plans on a 12-month contract only).

1. Get DID number for Pay-as-you-go plan or to purchase more optional DID numbers (DID allows you to receive incoming calls from regular PSTN numbers), please use PayPal to subscribe. Currently, only New York area codes: 646, 718 or 917 are available for unlimited incoming calls. DID numbers from other area codes are also available with the Advanced call services (such as “Messenger” or “Connect” package in addition to the $5.99/month Basic DID services; refer to Item #3 or #4 on this page).

Special notes to BesTelco
subscribers:
1. There is a one-time $9.99 activation fee
for any new service or addition (such as any optional features or services)
except to refill more prepaid minutes. It's $29.95 per line for any
new subscription with hardware activation.
2. For Pay-as-you-go plan, there is a $0.75 (USD) per-line weekly maintenance fee, which is deducted from your available balance without notice. Rates are subject to changes without notice, check your rate before use if you are concerned.
3. Federal Excise Tax (FET) of 3% applies to all monthly fees.
4. Payment collected by PayPal from “non-verified” users, who use "non-confirmed" shipping address, the account won’t be credited until it’s approved by the credit department..
5. Forwarded calls are charged to your account at the same rate as your normal PSTN calls. When you login to your web account, you can set “Forward Number” in this Format: Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number; e.g. 1xxxYYYzzzz for North America, in-network calls will be forwarded to that number if your device is not registered to the server. Call Forwarding will ONLY take place when your equipment (IP phone or ATA) is not registered to BesTelco server. If you unplug the power from ATA (or IP phones), or it lost internet connection, the call will be forwarded to your designated number under "Forward Number".
6. Subscription to the advanced call features will be charged directly by Callwave. Click on “For Your Cell Phone” after you get to the CallWave page, you will get a 30-day FREE trial with Callwave service. After subscribing to the service, you may give us the phone number and PIN number, we will help you integrate the two services into one. This step is necessary before that service is integrated into our system, which will be done soon.

BesTelco DID number allows you to receive incoming calls from any regular phones; it's an optional feature to the Pay-as-you-go plan. With DID, you are able to receive incoming calls from any regular phones (including cell phones). In conjunction with BesTelco VoIP prepaid service, you can receive calls from your DID number (by forwarding calls to your VoIP device where you can be reached, even if you are traveling outside of the US). All you pay is a monthly fee for DID number, and be charged at the same rate as if you were calling “that forwarded number” using your prepaid minutes.

Note: Customers may send their prefer phone number (either their cell phone or home/office numbers, to be used as the virtual BesTelco internal number to receive in-network calls from other BesTelco members) to: VoIP-TG@BesTradeUSA.com so that it can be programmed into the device before shipping; otherwise, a randomly selected phone number will be programmed. Number portability for DID (to switch your existing number to BesTelco) will be available soon with a $15 application fee. $35 re-programming fee will be assessed after the equipment is shipped.
How to use your BesTelco services
Please read this notes carefully before using the BesTelco VoIP services. Your private login page can be found on: http://www.BesTelco.com (or http://sip.gotdns.com/user) By logging into your account, you can check available credit, the rate table, and the detailed call records (for the first time you login in, there might have been a few test calls made by our test engineers).
Dialing Plan:
1. To make FREE calls to other members (who subscriber to our services), dial 9 before dialing their numbers
2. To call US/Canada: dial 1+AreaCode+PhoneNumber, such as: 1xxxYYYzzzz
3. To make international calls: 011+CountryCode+CityCode+PhoneNumber ; e.g. 0118862xxxxYYYY (for Taipei)
4. Unlike traditional phone services, dialing 800/866/877/888 will be charged at regular US rate. Other information calls will be blocked or charged at much higher rate. 911 calls is not supported, please make a note in RED stating that this phone is NOT for emergency use.
Note: At the moment, each BesTelco phone line has it’s own login page, but it will be consolidated into one account soon if you have multiple lines.
