Due to the simple design principle, most the error on CD Library can be fixed by users within 5~10 minutes. Following instructions will show you how to resolve the problem.

1. Error is displayed on LCD screen

When the CD library is malfunction. The LCD on CD library will display "SOS". As FAQ page described, most the malfunction is caused by users who did wrong operation. The most common error caused by the stretch/pull arm underneath the carrousel at wrong position. To avoid this malfunction, users must remember to push the snob on CD Library after users retrieve a CD each time. This procedure will ensure the stretch/pull arm at down position after each usage.

2. Troubleshooting Steps

Before troubleshooting, users should prepare the flat (-) and cross (+) screw drivers.

Step 1



Disconnect the power and take off the cap
by turning counter-clockwise.
 
Step 2



Take off the carrousel lock by turning counter-clockwise.
 
Step 3



After remove the lock, the carrousel can be
taken off easily.
 
Step 4



Remove the carrousel, user can find the black color motor near the door.
 
Step 5



The red circle shows the area which needs to be adjusted.



 
Step 6



Using the cross (+)  screw driver, loose the fasten screws by only turning
three turns on each screw, which will loose the control motor. User don't need to loose all screws for adjustment.
 
Step 7



Use the flat (-) screw driver, loose the latch on the
side of the stretch/pull arm control motor.


 

Step 8



After loose the latch, the user can raise the control motor to adjust the arm position.


 
Step 9



Use the flat (-) screw driver, user can slide the track underneath the motor gear, sliding the track forward
and backward several times then push the track
toward the door.

 

Step 10



Push the track toward to door side till the track can't move forward anymore. Then the arm will move to down position.
