Step 11 Push black motor down and side latch will hook the motor in right position. |
Step 12 Use the screw drive to slide the track again to double check if the track is match with the motor gear teeth. if track can't be move which means that the gear teeth have matched with the track. |
Step 13 Tight up the loose screws. |
Step 14 Put back the carrousel and lock it. The tip for putting on the lock easily is to make sure that the arrow on the lock points to the center of door. Then turn clockwise lock carrousel. |
Step 15 Remember to put back the door piece, however, you need to make sure the door is at full open position. Otherwise, the CD Library will not operate. |
Step 16 After the user puts on the door piece and at full open position. Users can connect power and do manually operation test. |
Step 17 Users can do several manual test run and make sure CD library to get correct CD slot. |
Step 18 After successfully test run without any error, user can put on the cap. Then user can enjoy the convenient of CD Library. |
For some reasons, the above adjustment may not work. Therefore, user may need to extra adjustments on CD library sensors. The sensor adjustment instructions are on next page.
