Messenger to receive FREE* and make PSTN calls at a rate as low as USD$0.0126/minute (http://rate.BesTalk.com). How to configure
Microsoft Window Messenger for BesTelco VoIP service? Check if your Windows Messenger is
V.5.0 or later (by START=>Program=>Window Messenger” on your Microsoft
Windows), click on “Help”=> “about Window Messenger”. If you don’t, please download Windows
Messenger 5.0 or later. Note: Window
messenger is different from MSN messenger, they can
co-exist and share the same Buddy List. After you install and run the Window Messenger, please follow the instructions to set up the account (refer to the picture below): From Windows Messenger dialog box,
go to [Tools]->[Options]->[Accounts]:
Check the [My contacts include users of a SIP Communications Service]
checkbox. Enter sip:12345678901@69.56.242.46 in the [Sign-in name] field Password: 5678901 Note: use the phone umber (e.g.
12345678901) and password (e.g. 5678901) that were assigned to you from
us From
[Tools]=>[Options]=>[Accounts]=>[Advanced]:
Check the [Configure settings] button
Enter the SIP Server: sip:12345678901@69.56.242.46 in the [Server name of IP address] field Check the [UDP] button, click on “OK”, and
“OK” again to close the pop-up windows. Click File=> Sign in If Window messenger signs in
successfully, you shall see 12345678901@69.56.242.46 below "my
status", if there is a pop-up window showing 3 fields for you to fill
out; type in Field 1.:
sip:12345678901@69.56.242.46 (Note:
in case it did not register, you will need to add :5060 after .46 without
space) Field 2.: 12345678901 Field 3.: 5678901 Replace these numbers by the user
name (i.e. the phone number) that assigned to you with the correct password.
Making VoIP
calls ***The above setting is for guest
with user name (also the same as the phone number) 12345678901 account. if you have bought
an account ,
"12345678901" shall
be replaced as your account user name
(it’s the phone number we assign to you),
and use the correct password assigned to you, then you can make
worldwide calls . From the Start a Voice
Conversation dialog box, enter sip:301@69.56.242.46:5060 in the [Type the person's complete
e-mail address] field and select SIP Communications Service in the [Select
the service that this person uses] field. Click [OK] and a Conversation
dialog box should come up and display the status of this call. you shall be connected to music
channel (301). To hang up, click the
[Stop Talking] link You can reach us by clicking on
“Action”=>“Start a Voice Conversation” and click on “Other”, then enter
the complete address of the person that you are calling, such as calling us
at 9-1-630-685-1253, you will enter: sp:916306851253@69.56.242.46:5060 and
select SIP Communications Services under the drop-down menu. When you dial a prefix 9 before a
country code, it’s a FREE member-to-member call, such as:
9-1-630-685-1253. To call any regular
PSTN numbers, Your dial plan is: 1+AreaCode+PhoneNumber for |

After you click on “OK” and finishing the configuration
steps, Microsoft Window Messengers will prompt you for the SIP VoIP account information (similar to the following): please replace 17188895497 by the phone
number assigned to you by BesTelco and fill in your
password (also assigned to you by BesTelco), if you
